I think I recovered from knee pain enough to bike to work so I tried. It is the first bike-to-work this year. There was some appointment from 9am and I ran late. I pushed hard all the way to office and I feel quite tired now.
I found that I had flat on rear. I don't know when I got this. This is the second one in this month. Should I replace tire with new one? I only use it for about 1300miles and it should have a lot more life. Maybe I will do that if I got another flat in this month.
