Long run today - did 8 miles. Felt ok once I stopped and stretched my calf a few times and it stopped burning. Really foggy and humid today - but cool too so that was a plus. Turns out the neighbour across the road is a retired track coach - he told me he has seen me running and he thinks my stride is good. I think we will be great friends :)
Cool down walk with Roscoe as usual. We are on the lookout for the baby bambis. We saw one the other day while driving home - tiny tiny bambi with it's mummy. So now on our walks we have our eyes peeled for them and I will always have a camera with me. They are so darling.
