Felt great today. I changed up my pre run snack from a low carb protien shake to my accellerade drink. Runners Diet book suggested eating your carbs before you run (makes perfect sense!) and they know what they are talking about. Felt a lot more energized.
My legs were a lil more fatigued on the hills then usual. I did workout on the eliptical Sat and Sun so that is probably why. I made it up all the hills without stopping or losing my breath. Tiny bit of heel pain but that disappeared once I got warmed up. Knees were pain free today - thankful for that.
I absolutely LOVE where I live right now. It is so beautiful. Trees galore and they are all just the prettiest green. I see deer almost every morning. One lil guy scared me today - I did not see him, and I dont think he saw me - until we were right next to each other and then he took off running, until I realised it was just bambi I really got a fright!!
I am in love with my surroundings right now, and that just makes me happy happy happy.
