Had to do some reading so I had to opt for the bike instead of getting in my run.

Woodside TreadmillGot to the gym late; had to rush because the nursery was closing. Only managed to get in 1.7 miles before I had to jump off. Forgot to look at my time.
Doesn't matter -- it was slow.

Woodside TreadmillI walked a quarter mile, ran a mile, walked a quarter mile, then ran the remaining half mile. I was slow as molasses, but it's a start and I'm proud of myself anyway.
