Rode Brissy Ridge - Kanuga - North Lake Loop - Pipsissewa - Brissy Ridge. After completing this loop in a clockwise direction I rode the paved park road down to the bottom of the mountain and met up w/ Kim and the boys in the parking lot adjacent to the swimming area.

A very nice place to ride w/ great views and some pretty technical sections. There was a lot of up and down on this trail w/ some pretty steep sections thus it was hard to get into a nice rythym. Heart burn plagued most of my ride and as a result I didn't ride as fast as I could've. A lot of traffic on this trail w/ the hikers and other mt. bikers. There was also an adventure race at the park today so I encountered numerous participants.

I really like the trail system and the park is one of the prettiest in the state. I will definitely be back!
