Day 1 of the Southern Charm National in Lexington, SC. This was my first National in BMX racing. The weather was uber hot... 100+ degrees!!! My results were as follows... Motos 1-3: 1/2/3 Main: 3rd. Overall I am proud of my performance; having said that I do believe I could've placed higher in the main. I got squeezed by two riders on the first straight which caused me to check up to avoid a collision which relegated me to the third spot. I was unable to move into the top 2 spots and finished the day 3rd overall. Making the main was my objective for the day and winning a moto was icing on the cake!

I believe my next national will be later this year and it will be an ABA race. That is all!
