This was, in theory, our group "sixteen mile run" for marathon training, though my GPS watch says otherwise.
Much better run than last week, though I still crashed near the end. There were no aid stations today, so I wasn't able to get the calories I needed, which sucked.

15+ miles...very nice. I think that is a new PR (personal record) so congrats to that and maintaining just above a 4.5 mph pace I'll call that "running" for the duration so this means you are officially back from injury and now making positive progress.
It is so nice to see you and mac and the others struggle with personal fitness like me, compared to my other friends who go kick a 9 mile run at 7 mph for the fun of it. So keep at it and lets improve together.
I also forgot with the original post but you have now run more than half a marathon in one workout. Well on your way my friend.
