Exit 40 in MO I 35. Country rd hills. Gray evening, with light snow in the fields and mud on the roads. Same golden retriever as last time joined me for the return. Thought he came from the house a little farther down and turned around becasue I don't want to be responsible for him being hit but he may be traffic savvy?

MonteDrove 2 miles past airport south because wind advisorys were out and it was very windy. My guess is 40 to 50 mph at times becasue there were only a few paces now and then where I could catch a stride. With wind it was a shove in the back no matter how fast I tried to run. Anyway from where I parked south down into draw with wind one mile and then 3 against and 2 with. Also mid thirtys to 40 degrees. 7:44/ 10:38/ 10:42/ 11:09/ 7:02/ and 6:06.

Green MountianDenver Co. Green mt trail. All the times I'v been here I have always run this trail clockwise. decided to change it up since the grades down are so rocky I thought although it is a circular path it may be easier because this way the steep down would be smooth road. 30's cloudy and even a couple of snowflakes. Ran very slow energy less run with multible stops to "look at the view". Never the less about the same time so I think it is less difficult.

Janesville, WI. Streets down to bike path through woods going east. 40 degrees and breezy but apparently the natives concidered it balmy from the number of people out strolling.
