Skipped the 500 fast at coach's suggestion. I guess I should taper for Sunday's race. Honestly, though, I'm more committed to the yards and time in the pool than to race times. We'll see what comes out of Sunday; I don't have a real clear goal or a set of benchmarks to meet, since this is the first SCM meet ever.
