This was a morning workout. In the water at 6:30, out by 8. Felt exhausted the entire time, and barely made the sets. Had to fudge on the 250s. But we pushed it on the 300s, and I'm happy with the 3:22 time. That might be the fastest I've swam a 300 in a long time. My body is going to enjoy a few days out of the pool...

Found a two-mile race by chance in Kenosha during a trip to Milwaukee, got second over all and first in my age group. A gorgeous day and a fun time.
