Moderate to hard effort. Went nearly all out on both directions of 9W, possibly because of other riders. Took it easy on Strawtown but there's no taking it easy up Little Tor. Rode a few miles towards the end with a gang from the Merrill Lynch team, but they had some major attitude. Wouldn't be surprised if that's because of the financial crisis. Eventually pulled away from them.
