Easy run...felt like I could have gone a lot farther or faster. First 1.5 mi with both dogs, then ran the rest with Spruce. That's the longest run he's done in a while, so he was dragging a bit.

My legs felt surpriingly energetic and light, especially considering the long run yesterday. It must be the ocean air, good progress on my thesis today, and the Rogue beer I drank last night (mmmmm.....). I better test that hypothesis and have another tonight!
