Rough estimate on mileage. Two big loops of Pre's trail, the first at about 8:10's, the second at under 6:30's to close to 7:00 per mile. Felt good to amp the pace up a bit. Progressed to Eugene Running Company for a Nike group run, where we ran back to Pre's trail. We ran out to the Knickerbocker bridge and doubled back, heading out to MLK at Autzen then to Eugene Running company. Then we ran back to Alton Baker for our vehicles. Ran with some new folks today (Jonathon and James) and some old folks (Robert, Lonn, and Shane). Effort was broken up by some breaks for water, coffee, etc. Was a really nice morning.
