Started out with Lonn and Jon, picked up Dave, then Megan, Dianna and Darren and Rick for one last run with Megan before she heads to the US Military Acadamy (Westpoint). Dropped Dave (hurt) after a few miles. Had some progression miles early, then slowed up easy.
