Second run of the day. Took a break after the trail run with my son and had a bagel and coffee at Eugene's Humble Bagel. Wanted to get a few more miles at a faster pace, so I ran my neighborhood. Hot as anything, 85F and full sun. Glad my wife trimmed my hair with clippers this morning to keep me cool. Pace degraded significantly in the last 2 kilometers. Just too darn hot.
