Outstanding day. Sure didn't feel like I ran a marathon PR just a few days ago. Nice, gentle run with Lonn & Jim. I already struggle to keep up with Lonn and am really going to have a tough time keeping up with Jim if he decides to train seriously. Mostly clear skies, temps in the upper 50's. We are absolutely privleged to be alive and to be able to run, and so much more so with wonderful people.
