Stopped about 2/3 of the way through this short run and ran 4 x 400 m at 1:29, 1:25, 1:26 and 1:28 with less than 1 minute rest in-between, and no rest to speak of before or after the repetition set. These times seem really, really slow, but the pace pushed me pretty good. Otherwise ran the remaining distance at about 8 and a half's. Been eating too much with the travel over the past 3 weeks and feel like I've gained some weight. Easy to do.

On McMillan's Training calculator, for a 3:30 marathon, 440 repeats should be in the 1:35-1:40 range. So, as I said, you're delusional. :-)
