Parked at Tugman Park, ran up a trail to Dillard, up Dillard to Fox Hollow (long, steep hill, about 1.5 miles up with some aggressive gain) up Ridgeline to Blanton, back to Fox Hollow, down the connector trail to the Rexius trail to 37th, back to Tugman. Tried to stride out a bit over the last couple of miles on the Rexius. Beautiful fall day in the Northwest. Lots of people with unleashed dogs on the Ridgeline trail. Tried to run the hills pretty hard today. I should be tapering, but I'm not going for a PR at PDX marathon in 2 weeks - I'm just running it. Had a week of limited running last week.
