Wow - a nice, slow run just as the day was beginning. Lonn aptly functioned as my governor, keeping the pace reasonible. This is my longest run and first with hills since I tore my calf in mid-June. It was liberating to be on the trail, and always good to run with Lonn, who more than doubled my distance today.
