Monster Cookie Metric Century! The cookies were good, but not the gift from the gods that someone made them out to be. Overall the ride went well. I think it's pretty good to finish the first ride of the season with an average speed higher than the last ride of last season. Of course I was *beat* at the end. The last 10 miles or so my legs were incredulous I was continuing to make them work. But screw them, I'm the boss around here. Early in the ride Kam and I practiced our peleton riding skills by bumping wheels, no one fell, fear the skills!
