test sets today:
did 50s of each stroke and a t20.
went 26.4 in 50 free and 30.0 in 50 fly... back and breast will remain unmentioned hahaah. went 1530 in t20... not to shabby for a sprinter eh?

Cowells Beachdid a run-swim-run for practice today, didnt feel too bad considering i've been drunk two nights in a row....

my shoulder hurt- dammit- so i got out in the beginning of the last set.
i also did weights this morning... shouldnt have done so many pull-ups probably. friggan shoulder. grrr.

this was rough one, basically one really long set:
200 warm up
9 x 50s (2kick, 1 swim)
and here we go:
300 (100 e, 100 cruise, 100fast)
300 kick w/fins (75e, 25 fast)
4 x 150s (1st and 3rd cruise breathe every 3, 2nd and 4th neg split)
6 x 50s gadget
3 x 300s (1st is 3x 100 ims, 2nd is 150 back, 150 free, 3rd 300 fast)
300 kick w/ fins, (100 10-beat, 100 back dolphin, 100 10-beat)
3 x 400s (1st every 4th lap fly, 2nd every 4th lap back, 3rd all breast)
300 kick with board, head down fast
12 x 50s, anything but free
*whew*
300 warm down
wow thats a lot o 300s!
