Nice day, nice group of 11 of us headed south for the loop, lunch in Pescadero and then heading up Stage Road, which felt really difficult but shouldn't have been. Felt like the brake was rubbing on the rear wheel, and it turns out, IT WAS! The wheel hub was cracked (different wheel, cracked at the same place where the spoke attaches) was able to ride to San Gregorio and fortunately two riders from the group headed back to check on my, and one went back to Half Moon Bay to get my car and come get me. And one of the riders had a blow out coming down Higgins Canyon, he's ok, wheel is toast and reports are that those who witnessed it were amazed that he was not hurt.
