Ran when I got home from work. I felt really good until I got a nose bleed in the middle of my run. After taking a few minutes to get it to stop, I continued and was able to finish off a pretty good run. I got a late start on my run (finishing at 8 pm) so I did not go as far as I would have liked. My hip has still been a little sore in the beginning of runs but gets better as the run goes. So far, happy with the run. My goal is to finish out this week just doing 3-4 mile runs and then hopefully next week start to increase my milage.

Thought it would be fun to do a little tempo run (nothing real hard). I alternated running 7:00 mile/6:00 mile. Felt really good and wanted to keep going, but want to ease back into my training.

I only wanted to do a short run, but wanted to do a little progression run. I started around 6:45 pace and worked down to 6:00 pace for a little more than the last mile. Felt pretty good. I think I am slowly starting to get back into shape. Now I just need to start adding some mileage into the routine....don't know if that will happen.

Went for a run after work. It has been a rough week of work so I have not been really good about running. That is going to change next week...after the Superbowl!
