felt good, held a good pace on the climb and stopped for a couple minutes at benches.

Faster but still not fast, lungs full of crud from my cold. followed her pace more.

walk down went very fast as we were talking.

felt pretty crummy, and felt really slow. I paced myself intentionally slow as I wasn't sure what my knee would take and was experiencing heavy chest so I regulated my pace carefully.
