Tuesday night power hour from Scotts cycles. Whoa baby... Its getting faster every week... The group does have some fast racers in it that really push the pace. I'm hoping it helps me speed up my recovery time between efforts. In order to race I'll have to be able to handle acceleration after acceleration and not blow up. In order to rain pain upon the peleton...of course.

Looks like power hourS to me!

And christ, 20mph avg over 2 hours? that seems sort of badass to me. You've been holding out on me.

on that note. on the final sprint and you know you're in back anyways, but you haven't fallen off; watch out for hacks at the finish line slowing. bastards who are in the damn way when you're still trying to finish strong. i've almost taken a few people out that way; and not in a good way.
