Yikes! Sounds hard! I bet he doesn't get perky like Jen, who teaches my spin class. She seems so damn happy when she's making me suffer. She's also taken to getting off her bike and increasing the tension on our bikes! Maybe her and Troy should hang out!
Yeah... he's a bastard. Theres one video where you are going 100%, and you actually get off your bike and start doing squats...hahaha.. I don't like that one.
