Abbreviated version of the salem lung destroyer route..haha...it started getting a little darker than I like. Had a buddy video tape my 54 mph run... was going for a new record... gonna have to change something up though... add weighted waterbottles or something.

Clearly this calls for attaching the trail-a-bike and tossing a kid in there. That's good parenting! Everyone wins, the kid gets to spend time with dad, you get to go 60mph!

Torelli, though my fastest speed to date was 55.4 on the trek with aero wheels. I'm afraid the only way I'm going any faster is to hang my face out over my front tire... lol.

Well that would be a delicious treat to have along with me...but I don't think it will help me go faster. Thats going to be my secret weapon on STP. At the mile 100 point, I'm gonna crack a bottle of best foods and chug.
