Now I remember why i hate the trainer so much. Its amazing how much you sweat though... I need to watch a video.. tried listening to music, and I was just pushing myself too hard the whole time. Wanted to go an hour, but decided to quit at half before my heart exploded.

Yea trainer is a poor comparison to getting out, but better than nothing.
Tivo some of OLN's rides or something and the time seems to pass pretty quickly. Though, on the trainer, it is hard to reach for the remote and rewind to see Hincapie go down after snapping his handlebars off..

Ouch is right! I've been using the Carmichael DVD's. He makes sure to remind you of efforts so you can make thru the hour.
Else, stick in TDF 2003 mountain stage DVD to keep your pace down a little :)
heh, I just set the PS2 up in the bedroom and play some DragonQuest VII on the trainer. Wrists do get a little sore from trying to hold the controller, but it sure helps pass the time!
