Felt nice to be back on the bike again. With some changes at work, and a busy schedule at home... I haven't been able to ride much at all. That and I think i may have gotten a little burned out.
Anyway, tonight I decided to ride with the 'B' group from Scotts Cycles. I'm glad, because although I felt pretty damn good for no miles and alot of horrible eating in the last couple weeks, there is no way I would've stayed with the faster group. :)
Next up the portland century this weekend which should be fun...cause well...there is beer.

if you were serious about your training for the portland century you wouldn't have done this ride.
Yeah I know...its too bad the route looks like its going to be pretty lame. Multi-use paths suck for organized events...but whatever!
If it sucks, we can peel off near my house and head up Larch. ;)
but then how will we collect our free beer that I'm not going to drink?
"a little burned out"????? yes. i feel it too. how about a lot? whew.
You all need to worry about your training. I'll take care of everyone's beer.
I'm counting on you to pull me along at a nice pace! I need to get to the beer faster!
