Carl Hardt duathlon second run leg \Speaking of legs, mine were so tight after the bike that I could hardly get any pace. I was running with my arms, pumping away but with little effect. Over all a good race. Cut 6 minutes from last years time. Expected more from the bike and from the last 2 mile.

Carl Hardt duathlon bike leg. Generally good. Sorness in inner thighs and a lack of power in Aero position. The powercranks are helping. Took 2 minutes of last years time. My transition times were horrible--I need to practice.
