Feeling lousy before workout, because I had done nothing since the Emma Creek Classic on 4/28! So...after choir rehearsal, Dan was watching TV and in order to be with him, I decided to hop on the recumbant cycle. Stayed at level 5 this time (no level 10 this time!), and worked up a good sweat. Felt good to get the joints moving again!

Emma Creek Classic - HesstonGorgeous day!!! The Blessed Barr Belles consisted of Mama, Barbara, Lori, Albena, Sheena, and me. Lori ran with Barbara, and encouraged Barbara to a nice improvement on her time. Mama improved on her time, and placed 3rd in her age group! Sheena ran beautifully, and finished 4th overall!!! Although I fell far short of my goal (of breaking 22:00), I still saw an improvement, and felt I'd run well. Stan made the team some very cool hats, that matched this year's T-shirts! It was a fantastic day!

Schwinn Recumbant Stationary BikeDid level 10 of Program 1 again, but kept the RPMs around 54. Took it easy, just to pass the time while Dan was watching TV. Even so, it got my heart rate up, and kept me quite warm for about 20 minutes afterward!

Treadmill1% treadmill. 1mile warm-up, then roughly 1/3 miled intervals at 7:03 and 6:58 paces. Followed this with resistance workout then 30:00 of Power Yoga. (I stopped 5 min short of entire yoga routine - ran out of time!)
