Hills x 6. Very whiny today. No speed and quite a lot of deep muscle ache/pain. Felt like everything was tied up - made my joints hurt on every plant (esp on right side). Exhausting run even though it wasn't all that hard. If Jon hadn't stuck with me I would have quit.
