Lots of warm-up miles and stretching.
Mile repeats x 4. Slow going today but I think there was still some benefit from doing the intervals. 6:15-6:22/mile
(gps showed 6:04-6:15/mile but I know that wasn't accurate) For "miles" we do two laps in lane 2 and two laps in lane 1.
Toe was much better today. I'll write more on this later - kind of weird/funny.

slow! what kind of a sandbagging hustler routine are you trying to pull?! Seriously, those are outstanding mile repeats in anything but an olympic year.
I can run mile repeats on my local roads and still track the marks which is great since I hate the track. But the track is necessary for 800 repeats. If the wind will give me a break tomorrow I'll head to the Newport track for some 800s.
Hope Ryan Hall has better luck than Denna Kastor in the O. Marathon
