Golly, I hate getting up that early and on the road, only to turn around and go back home to go back to bed. Left, big toe - near the base - is very sore this morning - in fact, it woke me up in the middle of the night. There was no pain there yesterday so I don't think there is a stress fracture - must be soft tissue - but it is weird. The only way I can walk or run is to put emphasis of planting on the lateral surface of the foot. I want it to go away NOW.
