Ugh, slow day at the track today. Was supposed to do 4x2000m repeats.
Warm up and cool down miles: 5.5
Repeat miles: 5.25
2000 - 8:03
2000 - 8:05
2400 - 10:05 (left leg got tight on first lap so I slowed down but did an extra lap)
2000 - 8:10
Just no speed today. Right leg is still buggered up from last week although it isn't severe - just tight. No bounce in those legs.
McMillan recommends 2000's should be 8:00-8:17.8 so I guess we were in the ballpark - but it is slower than we've been doing at the track - for sure.
