Nike Group run - I thought it was going to be just a leisurely jog - first half mile was about an 8:30 pace. Then they started running - at least 50 folks tearing it up (may have been many, many more than 50) - I tried to keep out of the dust getting kicked up, which left me running on my own after mile 2. Last four miles were at or under 7's.

Lots of good food and fun afterwards.

Watched Tyson Gay run the 100 meters in a record smashing 9.68.
