These 3:45 mornings are really something - the body felt like I needed an hour just to stretch out (enough at least to get my socks on). Once running, things felt good - well, after the first couple of miles. I tried a few fartleks - hopefully I can impress my friends with my nbew moves - didn't some other country do those fast/slow speed-play things? Why do we have to stick with a language that connects farts with play - we're not in college anymore. I don't get it. What is the Spanish word for speed-play?

My spanish translator says "juego de velocidad" = speed game.

Now I know why they stayed with those Scandinavians - Juego de velocidad is almost an anaerobic workout just to say it. Maybe we could just go with Juegos or JDV's - but we can't just go w/ farts. Thanks for the help on this fundamentally important quest. ldr
