Nice run on soft surfaces. First mile was slow but I was breathing like it was fast (sound effects can be helpful). The next three miles were 7:30, 7:15, 7:08...last part of a mile was kind of lumbering cool down. Erik and I finished w/ a great breakfast w/ his missionary friend Paul. Cool morning but it's going to get hot -- maybe summer is going to arrive - finally.
