Finally felt good enough to go out. Just a gentle, good run over most of the marathon course. Good group of folks today: Erik, Jon, Jim, Al, David, Tiffany - no need to speed along but I have to admit my legs were pretty junked from the week off. Seems like more aches and pains but felt better the further we ran. Had to quit a couple miles earlier than hoped due to a funeral (not mine).
