Alton Baker to top of Skinner's Butte down the back side and then over to Hendricks Hills & up to the top on the trail down the back side over and through campus and back to AB. Heavy legs and felt lethargic - but after 4 days off I guess that is normal. No pains or troubles - ran with Al on this Trail-Asphalt-Combination Run.
