Agh, Erik took me on a get-even run. Lots of hills on miles 3, 4, and 5. Actually, we ran hard the whole time. Not a lot of energy after yesterday but I still think we got a good, solid workout. It is always fun to run with friends.

Thanks for your comment. Been lazy for the past 10 days. I run mostly on the streets of Hyderabad. Not as many trails as you have in Oregon. You can actually see the satellite view of the city on the route page (I use gmap-pedometer). I run around a lake which is about 6 miles.
Running with friends is always fun. I am preparing for my first marathon and friends usually accompany me towards the later parts of my long runs and some bring energy bars/water ;)
