Butte To Butte 10K- Distance 9.00 miles

Getting used to the hill. Still lacking energy today but motivation was better. Ran w. Al, Dianna, Megan, and Dave - I needed their presence. Taking 7:45 for first mile but then not really getting the time back on the next two - like I did last eyar. Will need to really speed up during B2B - overtraining syndrome?
