Actually, it wasn't B2B Race - it was several track miles and then the beginning of Butte to Butte run x 2 - 3 mile repeats - the first mile is a gain of 280 feet so it makes you puff. Then the rest is a screaming downhill. My legs were pretty tired today - lots of hill work in the past 6 days.
