6 miles of flat, easy. 4 miles of hills, tough. 12 miles at sub-MP pace. It doesn't get better than the weather we had today. Started at 45 degrees and gradually warmed up. Everyone in town was out running today, getting ready for the Eugene Marathon (4/29). Erik, Dave, and I all had good runs. Blessed time.
