After I did a few legs exercises.

QUAD EXTENSION: 3 sets. 1x60, 1x50, 1x40 each leg; 12 reps each..

Flat bike for 20 minutes. Nothing special. I didn't want to overdo myself because I knew that I had a long run ahead of me.. ew.
I felt a bit of soreness in my quads in the beginning of the ride, but that's about it. It wore off as I rode.

I ran a 5 minute, or about .5 miles as a warmup before I biked. After I biked, I did a few quad and hammy lifts.
I then shot around on the basketball hoops for a while. After this, I went downstairs and stretched for a bit.
I then ran the run of death.
About 1.3 miles of pure hill.. sure I didnt run the WHOLE thing, but, it was insanely difficult and hard on my knees.

Nice ride. listened to music. Quiet and enjoyable, .5 mile warmup before I ran. My legs dont feel too bad.
