First metric century of the year. It wasn't the primary goal, but it's what I ended up with. Set out to do a 3.5 hour ride and managed to dodge all sorts of rain and thunderstorms. I rode the beater with fenders (about 26 pounds) and was prepared for rain. It never happened.

I was definitely feeling it today. I had three consecutive days of progressively greater work this week with various intervals and then todays 3.5 hour RM ride has put me in the hurt locker. I've been hydrating and eating since I got home at 6 and hope for a 9-hour sleep.
