Met up with Brandon and Rick at 8:30am for a 2 hour easy FM ride. It was a great morning - sunshine and 42 when I left and it was near 60 upon return. If it could only stay this way all winter...
I rode the fixed gear again and we basically did the same route as yesterday, only in reverse with a slight deviation by heading up to Whitestown before returning home.
I got a solid 7 hours of sleep last night and I could really tell a difference. My HR values were just a bit lower today for any given workload compared to yesterday. This was confirmed by my SOTP method.
