A short run before I lifted today. Started at 6.1 mph and increased by 0.1 mph per lap. I was breathing pretty hard at the end so I guess that is good.

Good run, lifting will really make the legs feel heavy until you adjust to the routine, but keeping up the running will make sure the muscle stays where it is needed and gets burned where it isn't. Looks like I'm going to get to try my hand at treadmill running next week. Any tips?
