I was really crunched for time and had far too much stuff going on so I got some fast miles with a walking recovery after the fartlek style fast miles.
My mileage is will be dropping off in the next few weeks because I'm starting a fairly aggressive full body weight lifting program called stronglifts 5x5 over the coming weeks. I'll still be getting in a few but I imagine my legs will take a bit to get used to squating 75 reps per week.
