Maybe September, maybe never. I plan to keep pushing up the distance on the longer run but count on cross training for much of the rest of my conditioning. As long as my long run scale up goes ok I don't see the need to pile on running miles every day. I have tried that in the past and my knees don't hold up well to it.
Yeah I always forget you have those knee issues, I tend to think since you are so fast you could just run as much or less then me time wise and get in 40+ miles a week and still not break a sweat. Which part of your knees get beat up? IT band?

Looks to me like a very fast pace for the fixie as well. The route looks fairly flat, two bigger hills I think?
When are you going to start ramping the running miles up in prep for the marathon?
