Well not much to say with such a short workout. Essentially I hurt my toe earlier in the week and that is what has caused the lack of workouts. This was my first run since banging that toe and after .9 miles it started hurting and didn't go away so I stopped at 1 mile. Sad but I don't want to do any real injury when the toe is getting better day by day.

glad you're keeping at it anyway. Nothing to do but wait out the injury, maybe try a rowing machine or stationary bike if you can get into the gym at work, something to keep the cardio up without putting pressure on the toe.
